Commercial Checking Account

  • $15 monthly service charge
  • $0.16 per debit entry
  • $0.40 per credit entry
  • $0.11 per deposited item

Service charges incurred are offset by an earnings credit.  Earnings credit is calculated on the average collected balances maintained using the 90-day Treasury Bill rate.

NOW Commercial Checking Account

  • $2500.00 Minimum Daily Balance (required to avoid Maintenance Fee)
  • $15.00 Monthly Maintenance Fee
  • $0.16 per debit entry
  • $0.40 per credit entry
  • $0.11 per deposited item  

Note: This account is available only to sole proprietors, non-profit agencies and public fund entities.

Note: This account is only available to the small business customer with 25 debit/credit entries or less per month.

Organizational Account

  • $1,000.00 Minimum Daily Balance (required to avoid Maintenance Fee)
  • $10.00 Monthly Maintenance Fee

Note: This account is only avaialbe to informal associations, organizations, Non-for-Profits and clubs.

Commercial Money Market*

  • $5,000.00 Minimum Daily Balance (required to avoid Maintenance Fee)
  • $15.00 Monthly Maintenance Fee
  • $0.11 per deposited item (after first 20 items)
  • Interest paid monthly according to the following tiers:  (see Rates)
    • $0 - $9,999
    • $10,000 - $24,999
    • $25,000 - $49,999
    • $50,000 - above

Commercial Savings*

  *Savings and Money Market Restrictions

  1. No more than SIX telephone transfers, checks to third parties (written on money market accounts) or any combination of such transactions are permitted per statement cycle.
  2. IN-PERSON and ATM withdrawals are unlimited.
